Southern Africa’s premier food, wine and lifestyle show, The Good Food & Wine Show® will open in Cape Town at the CTICC from 28-31 May with a spectacular line up of international BBC celebrity chefs, global trends and gourmet tastes, the best local wines, specialty beers and  hands on workshops by the world’s leading talents.
Swiss International Air Lines will be flying out top celebrity chefs for the Cape Town show. “Ainsley” can only mean Ainsley Harriott best known for his sixteen series of Ready Steady Cook, which continue to air on TV channels around the world, and with eight primetime cooking series under his belt, he has become the master of fresh, fun, accessible cuisine.
Jamie Oliver’s executive chef from his hot new restaurant chain, Marco Georgiou, will be demonstrating some fantastic recipes straight from the Jamie Italian menu.  Ever Proudly South African, born in Durban and raised in Cape Town, Marcos is a believer of South African potential. Marcos seeks to come back to his first home and share with us what he has learned overseas.

Skye Gyngell head chef of the famous Petersham Nurseries Café shot to stardom in the UK with her exceptional cooking skills using seasonal fresh produce. She has fed Madonna, swapped recipes with Nigella, worked alongside some of the best chefs in town; and was recently seen in the glossy pages of Vogue.
Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi, a husband and wife duo, have appeared on television screens worldwide, and will definitely take your taste buds on a journey through Italy. Their classic style will appeal to all pasta lovers; indeed there is nothing that should keep you away from experiencing authentic Italian cuisine with this bubbly Italian couple, buon appetito!
