Beautiful bodies will abound on Sunday 18 December when the Clifton
Beach Challenge brings a day filled with fun in the sun to Clifton 4th
beach.
Good Hope FM will be broadcasting live with Tyrone Paulsen and
Catherine Karstel from the beach, with DJs Ryan O'Connor and Suga MCing
the day's events, and Jeannie D as a judge.
On top of that, beachgoers will get the chance to see their favourite
Springbok rugby players go up against the Clifton Lifesavers in some
hotly-contested touch rugby on the beach, as well as other tests of skill
and strength.
The Bok line up includes Joe van Niekerk, Schalk Burger, Bolla
Conradie, Egon Seconds, Marius Joubert, Jean De Villiers and De Wet Barry.
As for the guys, they'll have plenty of eye candy too with the Clifton New
Face Search. Former winners include models like Minki Van Der Westhuizen
and Tracy McGregor.
Along with the beach challenge between the lifesavers and the rugby
stars - in which the Springboks have only won the touch rugby once! - the
Clifton New Face Search stage show has also grown into a spectacular
event.
This year's judges are Lauren Terras (Shape Magazine Head PR), Stu Hoy
(SA Sports Illustrated, Marketing Manager), Stephen Greeff (photographer
of the test shoot courtesy of infidels), Karl Thaning (SA National Swimmer
representing Speedo), Leischen (SASI swimwear model and 2005 Wonderbra
model) and of course, Jeannie D.
