The Walk of Art Festival is set to bring the artist to the art lovers and general public of the greater Cape Town area. Exhibitors and visitors will celebrate the creative spirit of the city with the festival focusing on artists; fine art, sculpture, photography, and music in an informal and fun environment.
The festival will showcase all Cape Town has to offer every day of the year in the way of food, fun, art and play by showcasing outstanding works of art in a relaxed outdoor environment. The creativity of the city will be celebrated by artists and visitors alike as visitors are given the opportunity to explore their own creativity.

The Walk of Art festival will feature art exhibits of the greatest standard, with complimentary industries, such as art suppliers, participating. A Graffiti wall, Chalk art on the walkways, Jazz in the bandstand and Art auctions at regular intervals throughout the day are all draw cards to this spectacular event.
To ensure that both artists and visitors remain entertained and enchanted, Buskers along the walkways, theatrical performers throughout the park, food stalls selling a variety of culinary delights and a bar stationed within the festival grounds, will allow for just that. Art workshops for the kids as well as a kiddie’s play-park will make for a fun family attraction.
