Alternatively The Square Restaurant is treating Valentine's Day guests to a 4-course meal starting off a romantic evening with a glass of Mooiplaas MCC Duel. A tempting starter includes a Prawn and leek terrine, cucumber and champagne jelly, bisque foam and lumpfish caviar - followed by cherry, strawberry and lavender sorbet. Main course consists of Beef Wellington, potant fondants, truffled cauliflower puree and confit vine tomatoes, dressed in balsamic and thyme jus.
