On Friday 22 February, Cape Town-based Flamenco guitar duo Kubu Strings takes to the Bay Harbour Sound Stage at the Bay Harbour Market. Comprised of classically-trained musicians Pierre Fourie and Nizaar Allie, Kubu Strings combines Nouveau Flamenco guitar sounds with Bossa nova, nu jazz, classical, Eastern and African beats.

Hitting the stage on Saturday, February 23 is jazz trio My Zone. My Zone covers many different genres from the classical swing of the fifties to the contemporary jazz sounds of the modern era. The band covers many well-known standards while adding their own improvisation and style that gives the band a unique sound.

Ending the weekend off on Sunday 24 February is singer/songwriter Emma du Preez along with much-loved poetic guitarist Andy Lunn. Fresh off recording her album in New York, Emma demonstrates the emotionally haunting union of an acoustic guitar, sweet, evocative vocals, a sharp mind and a deft ability for lyrical craftsmanship.
