Be the first to taste The Matriarch, Nitida’s very first white Méthode Cap Classique just released, before sitting down to a delicious 4-course dinner brimming with fresh seasonal ingredients. Each course has been paired with a superb Nitida wine for your ultimate enjoyment.
For starters, tuck into Kudu Carpaccio with pineapple salsa and Szechuan pepper and parmesan crisps paired with Nitida Coronata. This is followed by grilled salmon with prawn ravioli and green pepper asparagus and a glass of Nitida Chardonnay. For meat lovers the Tournedos of beef fillet, potato rosti and green peppercorn fumée has been paired with Nitida Cabernet Sauvignon. The meal comes to a sublime end with Cassia’s famous trio of Chef’s desserts, rounded off with Nitida’s Noble Late Harvest.
