Acclaimed UK blues singer and guitarist Matt Woosey performs for five nights at Kalk Bay Theatre from 13 to 17 February.

Matt is a young contemporary blues artists from the West Midlands, UK, who combines an explosive slap-and-pick right hand guitar technique with big-range blues vocals.
Following his success at the world famous Ronnie Scotts Club in London, Matt was interviewed by Sky News and appeared on TV in the Netherlands. He has played some of the largest blues festivals in Belgium, France and Holland.
2013 will see Matt embark on his first world tour taking in Europe again as well as South Africa and the USA for two months in the summer. Supporting the likes of Gerry Macavoy (Rory Gallagher), Mark Flannigan (Jools Holland) and Jan Akkerman (Focus), Matt has steadily built up a following and has recently launched his new band album On the Waggon. Matt will be performing solo and will play material spanning his first five albums and the new album.
